This is the Sonos One SL model which is missing smart assistant features (microphone-free version).

20c cheaper than this deal or the same price depending on how you look at it.
Apparently if you already have a Sonos One gen 2 you can pair this speaker to get stereo sound & keep the smart assistant functionality from your original Sonos One gen 2.
Also speaker is humidity resistant.

      Please be aware the Sonos One SL speaker in this deal is also microphone-free and therefore missing smart assistant features.

    apparently not quite as full sounding as Sonos 1, which makes sense given smaller form factor = less bass

    First, rest assured that come May, when we end new software updates for our legacy products, they will continue to work as they do today. We are not bricking them, we are not forcing them into obsolescence, and we are not taking anything away.

      Yeh I saw that too thanks! My budget is around like 750, I'm actually gonna try to see if any of the stores can give me that.

      Not sure jb was desperate making sales at the time I pretty much told them what I was willing to pay and they gave me a pretty decent price for the beam and sono SLs (I purchased these separately)

  Have this speaker, can recommend. Seriously good sound for the size. I've no desire for the voice assistant version, but each to own!
