  • Hi guys, I'm sure some of you haven't received your orders yet, but I received an email from them today.

I'm pretty patient because there hasn't been an eneloop deal for some time and I know they'll honour it.

Anyway here's the email from them, hope this alleviates some of the concerns for you guys out there who are still waiting

    Dear Customer,

Thank you for your ongoing patience with your outstanding Camera House Online Order.

We have confirmed with Panasonic Australia this week on our shipment dates.

Our expectation is that we will be able to fulfil all outstanding backorders from the Eneloop Battery Sale between the 10th-17th JUNE.

We appreciate your patience throughout these challenging times.

    Kind Regards,

    Camera House Online Team

    • I also got the same copy and paste email, hopefully this time they actually fulfil their order.

It’s on its way. Confirmation yesterday

    • Same, let's hope it actually get here.

I just got a shipping notification. Better late than never I guess.

Finally got my eneloops today. I wasn’t in a rush to get them so wouldn’t have minded if they said mid June was the estimated delivery date from the get go. This also allows people to cancel if they don’t want to wait.

But too many times, companies give unrealistic delivery dates that are too ambitious which means they have to keep pushing back the delivery date and that can be really frustrating.

  • Received mine yesterday. Didn't contact them but they did update me with the shipping details couple of weeks ago

My eneloops also came this week. I contacted them about a month ago and they said was that they were still waiting on stock, and I could apply for a refund. Figured I would be waiting a lot longer for a cheaper deal so i declined the refund.

  • Mine arrived last Wednesday, but I did not get to open the parcel until last Friday.

    Two quick things to note:

    1) The pack of 4 AA Eneloops (BK-3MCCE/4BA according to the order and 'shipped' emails) arrived as 2 packs of 2 AAs (KIT-PEAA2PKX2 and BK-3MCCE/2BA according to the tax invoice) —> I don't think this mattered too much.

    2) The pack of 8 AA Eneloop Pros (BK-3HCCE/8BT) was shipped with the pack bended at the edges (presumably to fit the smaller parcel box). As a result, the pack was already open by the time I opened the parcel, and 4-and-a-bit out of the 8 Pros have already fallen out of the pack (see https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/242941/80744/img_5992.…) —> Short of finding a battery analyser, is there some way to ensure my Pros are actually new and not used?

    • In other words - just want to ensure the pack of 8 was not already opened and used before it was shipped to me.

      Grateful for any suggestions!

      • Mine were the same when they arrived today.

As you pointed out, it's most likely due to the way they were packaged.

        • Thank you for letting me (and us) know.

At least that makes the two of us!
