I got it sorted. Was porting in and when I was trying to activate I kept clicking activate which wouldnt work. I had to click on the number first then port.

So do you need to pay to activate this? When i put in my sim number it asks to choose a deal?
If you didn't request to port your number over at the time of ordering then your sim is already active. Just pop the sim in your phone and start using it.
If you requested to port your number over then just use the same email that you used to order the sim to login to your account to activate and start the port process.

just got it activated however i have 0.01$ on it :)
Amaysim SIMs are normally sent already activated for 28 days use!
This was pointed out in comments, along with how not to be charged beyond the 28 days.
There were ways to avoid this problem.
I recommended to Port number which avoids this.
Ordered another not to Port on last day of Deal as didn't need it for a while.
Logging into your account shows days left before that 28 day expiry.
Once you use the SIM on a call etc it is reset to 28 days. But must be used within 28 days of order.
If ordered at start of Deal, it's over 28 days since ordered - that means SIM has now expired.
