Taronga zoo has started similar trend like Melbourne Zoo to provide live streaming.
You can access them on Taronga Youtube Channel as well.
Since temporarily closing our doors last week, for the first time in our 103-year-history, we’ve been working hard to find a way to bring our zoos to you, and today we’re excited to announce that we’re going virtual, with the launch of Taronga TV!
For the first time ever, we’ll be bringing our two beautiful zoos directly into your living room! Tune in daily to immerse yourself in fascinating content, including shows, keeper talks and 24/7 live-streams of our Sumatran Tigers, Asian Elephants and Greater Southern Oceans precinct! Find out what’s going on at Taronga’s Wildlife Hospitals as our vets work to rehabilitate rescued wildlife, get your daily dose of amusing and adorable animal antics and access behind-the-scenes sneak peeks at what the animals (and the keepers) actually get up to when the zoo is closed.
And it’s not just about having some serious fun! Over the coming weeks we’ll also be delivering a range of exciting educational resources for parents who looking to educate and entertain their children at home.
Check out some of our latest content below. You can stay up to date by following us on Facebook, Instagram or Youtube, and visiting our Taronga TV hub, where new videos are being added daily!
