nothing is hidden in this offer, the inclusions are stated in the deal above and this is what you pay for. If you would like to find out all other costs they are clearly stated in the terms and conditions located on our website with the special offer.
That defence doesn't seem to be working well today. Hopefully you're not being singled out here and people will react similarly toward future deals from other telcos that "hide" things like 13/1300/1800 exclusions in the fine print.
Welcome to OzB - but really it wouldn't take a lot of time here to work out that anything less than transparency is inviting people to jump on you - and this is especially - and deservedly so for Telco's.

Amaysim (Optus) total cost over 12 months: $483.80 (12 x $39.90 + $5 for sim)
Suretelecom (Vodafone) total cost over 12 months: $476 (5 x $19.80, 7 x $39 + $99 + $5, though I couldn't find any details on your website). Saving increases by $0.90 for every month.

$99 covers the 5 months of $19.80 per month as a one off payment. it is not on top of the $19.80

can you sign up for another 5 months of $19.80 or is this an once off offer?
cause vadafone offered sim only 6 months contract for half price $45/2 = 22.50 and stay at that price after on months to months contract. I was offered that by the retention team, so not sure if everyone would get but doesn't hurt to ask.
At the moment the offer stands as it is and expires next Friday.
Deceptive - relies on people forgetting after the fifth month, neg from me.
I am not having a go at you or criticizing your post, but according to your logic, I don't see how this is different to paying bills or your credit card on the due date. You can set yourself a reminder to cancel it on the fifth month.
That would involve not being stupid, so would struggle here.
Are you suggesting so that they would automatically stop the service after 5 months? Then those same forgetting people would also disadvantaged as this may also means they would not be able to contact or be contacted on their number for a while as they forgot to arrange a new provider
Seems like a good deal to me, I'd probably just cancel after the fifth month. I'll give this a +ve for the price (And don't neg me on that)
Define as you said in your WW deal that works out to be $19.3/mth, since the $29 is per 45days, this doesn't appeal as much, even with the unlimited… lol
You should mention:
1) Its on the Vodafail network
2) $39 per month after the 5 months
3) 13/1300/1800 Calls are not included. (35c per minute with a 25c flag fall)
4) +$5 postage for SIM
