  This stuff is useless, replacing your meals with low cal shakes is the dumbest thing you can do because your metabolism will slow down and as soon as you get off them you'll put the weight right back on. There's no secret to weight loss, just exercise and healthy eating. If you're working out hard an want to go on a cut (after a bulking cycle), fat burners can help, but only combined with weights, exercise and dietting.
