I ordered an accessory for my much loved Dyson vacuum cleaner and on the box there was a label with a 10% off all Dyson spares and accessories promo code.
It is for use on their website only and i cant see any expiry date on the label so it might be an ongoing promotion?
I have 2 hairy golden retrievers at home and I just bought the pet groom tool - it is amazing at saving my home getting covered in dog hair! i highly recommend!

  The markup on Dyson accessories in Australia is ridiculous. The pet groom tool is $89 here, but only $39 in Europe at amazon.de: http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B004CLPJRC

  If you happen to need multiple accessories, amazon.de might work out to be cheaper; postage at amazon.de is a flat rate of EUR 40 with DHL Express (3 days to Sydney from experience), regardless of how many items you buy or how big they are (you can even add a whole Dyson vacuum for that rate), and you also don't have to pay their 19% VAT. You may even get the items quicker from amazon.de, since dyson.com.au quotes 5-7 days for delivery. :)

      They do for a lot of things and certainly Dysons. Use Google Chrome and it does the language translation automatically. It's not perfect but it's more than good enough to know what you're ordering.

  thanks maya! we've been looking at replacing our turbine head for a while now but just never got our act together - which worked out just as well since the wait saved us a good $15! :)

  i'm glad that others have been able to take advantage of this offer too..
  and totally agree that the accessories appear to be expensive but i also shopped around and found some vacuum parts shops actually charge more than from buying from dyson direct. i saw lots on ebay too but couldnt be sure they werent fake (its so hard to tell these days). at least when you buy direct you get a free 2 year warranty on all dyson tools as well - on that note, i didnt think to check overseas websites but i'd check the dyson warranty conditions cos maybe using overseas parts may invalidate it? maybe im just too overcautious haha
