If somebody is interested in property investment this seminar might be very useful for him/her. You have to register your interest and they call back when free seats become available. They have seminars every week and it's 89 bucks to attend one, so why to pay at all? :) The free seats is only for Melbourne seminar though.

I haven't attended this (or any other similar) seminar but I reckon this is the form they're talking about:

It allows you to have less PAYG tax taken from your salary because your tax deductible expenses are higher than normal (eg deductible interest on an investment property).
Of course, it doesn't actually increase your salary, but it can increase your take-home salary by an amount equivalent to the amount by which your tax refund is reduced.
