    Each device is guaranteed for a year; calibration of the device beyond the year (includes replacing the sensor) starts at $55 (mark 1, 2, 3) rendering it essentially new and extending its guarantee for one more year. However, handle these devices as fragile units due to their electronic sensitivity as you would with a mobile phone and always install good quality batteries. Using a device wrongly or against manufacturers' specs, for example, sharing mark 1, 2, 3 at a party or blowing very high BAC's, may render the device inaccurate and the sensor faulty. It is significant to note, that Mark 1, 2 and 3 are accurate and reliable at low BAC readings as this is primarily the purpose of the device. In fact, you may need to wait a few minutes after blowing a high reading for the device to re-calibrate itself and further, do not use this device within 10 minutes of your last drink due to mouth alcohol.

      Yeah I have :) but on the other hand think of how much the fine is for even the lowest drink driving offence.

        is that all you're worried about, a fine??? People die because of drunk drivers…
        i wouldn't rely on this rubbish to tell me whether i was 0.049 and then let me drive home…

        if you go out drinking, you shouldn't drive home…period…

        save your money, don't buy this rubbish, use your money to buy good beer and then catch a cab…

      You need the mouth pieces to blow into? They are exchangable in the case of more than one user. I guess a blood test kit doesnt need mouthpieces - but we dont have these…

    These are available from the official website for $130 inc. postage.. Its hardly a $136 saving..
