    I was rather annoyed seeing this deal as I purchased something last night in the 15% off sale. I contacted support today through live chat and got a refund with no hassle and had a refund notification email from paypal within a couple minutes of ending the live chat. I was impressed! It was very easy for me to get a refund and now I can buy the same service cheaper.

  Groupon will only refund purchases made within the last 7 days, everything else they offer a voucher to be used in 30 days. Considering the airlines are offering a credit to be booked within 6 months and fly in 12 months Groupon would be the worst supplier in Australia at the moment with their returns, how can I spend $1500 in a month in the current situation. Maybe I’ll try 60 minutes. LOL

  Just tried to order something at $109 and only got a 5% discount. Would have thought I would get at least a 10% discount as spending over $100.
