What meals do you order on Keto?
Big fan of all the fish meals, fish with salsa verde, salmon in teriyaki, jerk hake etc. Steak with peppercorn sauce and Beef Bolognese with Zoodles.
If you follow the directions below and pick 'Ultra Low Carb' meals you'll get the keto selection. FYI keep pumpkin and sweet potato consumption low if you wanna stick to keto limits.
Be advised that with sales demand increases and their selection of keto appropriate stuff sells out quick, so if you wanna continue long term a subscription is advised and you also get the odd freebie thrown in with your order.

I don't see any keto meals? They all have carbs.
If you use the menu button on the top left and select Meal Plans and then Week 1-2, you can see a selection of low carb/no carb meals that are appropriate.
Or, use the menu button select Menu then use the Filter Button (picture of a syphon on top right hand side) and select 'Ultra Low Carb' for strict keto appropriate meals.

Has anyone tried their meals before? How do they compare with other mainstream providers?
I find in terms of freshness, the quality of their meats, fish and vegetables are of excellent quality. I was surprised particularly by the freshness of the fish, no overly fishy smell which is a sign of using fresh fish instead of frozen. They are more expensive then Youfoodz, but I would say they edge them out on quality and taste.
Trial them when a discount is available.
