        I believe these light bulbs are controlled with some sort of Zigbee signals
        Echo or Google Home are just internet device do not have a signal sender

        Echo plus supports the bulbs, but not accessories such as switches.

        You need to use the Alexa app instead of the Hue app, but thats OK.

  I bought some of these about 6 months ago and have been struggling to find lamps to put them in. :( Just want some <$30 lamps that look fairly plain and take bayonet, but I can't find anything in the major retailers like Target, Big W etc that use bayonet sockets. Suggestions please?

      I did get some. Still only managing to find E14 for most of the cheap lamps. :/

  I know, not bayonet, nut at $69 at Target when you can find them its a great price.

  Plus Target still have some $49 Colour Hue bulbs again, when you can find them
