  • Receipt or picture of it being at that price?

    • Oh it is on their website , Thanks

  • This one good for car wash? Had gerni before, dead in 1.5years, can not find receipt.

    • Couldnt find any review on this unit but this one have 3 years Replacement warranty (take a photo of the receipt for peace of mind).

  • Thanks, bought one. Glenorchy TAS has a huge stack to the left of the main entrance, just outside the tools section.

  • That is cheap for that PSI, what's the normal price?

I saw this in a store this morning. Looks like a normal price tag, so I'm guessing that's the regular price?

Rated pressure is only at 1600psi.

    • I did see that - figured it was worth it for the price.

  • Any good for cleaning driveways?

    • That psi should clean your driveway fine. I current one had lower psi, still get the job down.

    • What PSI Do I need to clean my driveway?
      3000 psi
To clean your deck or the exterior of your house, you need 1500 psi. To clean your concrete driveway, you need 3000 psi. If you want to use a pressure washer for all these tasks, you need one that is adjustable and can deliver a force of up to 3000 pounds per square inch.

If you want to use a pressure washer for all these tasks, you need one that is adjustable

…or…get the high pressure one and don't get the nozzle too close to your decking boards

  • Anyone know if it's got enough grunt for a snow cannon? Most cannons need a fair amount of pressure, my current washer doesn't supply enough so this looks like it could be a suitable replacement. I know it's rated at '1600 psi' but I'm wondering how accurate that is.

    • If it is 1600, should be ok. I use 2200PSI for snow jobbing!

    • I use a Karcher K2 and it is enough. I find certain brands of car soap foam better than others.

Paid $50 a while back. Not convinced on durability (split o rings, not easily replaced as bunnings don't carry small ones receipt in a set..If you're lucky you even find that set) or paver cleaning attachment

  • Would this be good for washing a Mazda 3 sedan, also what’s the rrp on these usually?

    • +4

I think only the hatch version is compatible

      • Hahahaha

      • +1

I’m unsure about the psi that’s why i asked

        • Sorry, have a wierd sense of humour. Yes, it should be quite suitable for washing a car, even using a foaming wand. I use a very old Gerni Classic 1450psi unit and that works and even foams (despite being under the recommended 1600psi for the foam gun).

  • just bought one. Used to wash two cars and windows. It does its job.

  • The Ozito website says that this is a promotional item and only while stocks last in store. https://ozito.com.au/products/2200w-2400psi-high-pressure-washer/

I have the $49 1400psi Ozito from 2 years ago that is still under the Bunnings Warranty. But maybe better to sell it now on Gumtree and upgrade to this one.

Perhaps an Aldi special on their pressure washers is on its way.

The similar spec Ryobi appears to be around $349 and one from Repco is $367.00

  • I thought the way to see how powerful pressure washers are is by comparing flow rates (L/Min). Anything else such as watts or PSI is not an accurate way of reviewing.

found it in the manual - 6.8L/min rounded up

  • bought it and try using it, started out to be good but the wand started leaking and losing pressure after 30 minute of use.
