I bought a different model (one seen in the pic) from this deal.If I recall correctly, mine's 5200mAh (only 2 18650 battery instead of 4). So far I am pretty happy with the battery life. Only irritating this is that different JOOAN camera models uses different apps.

Darn, yet another different app. I have 2 JOOAN cameras, 1 is using MIPC and other one using CloudEdge. Was considering getting the 10400mAh model but if it's a third app, just gonna pass.

I've actually bought this at the end of December for $79.99 (when it had a $40 off promotion). Been using it for 2 months now.
App (ToSee on PlayStore) is okay'ish. Motion detection notification, live view of the camera, etc. It does not however let you define the area to do motion detection.
Slow start up with low-power mode. Sometimes you lost the first 2-3 seconds of "action" when you review the recordings.
Battery is okay. It has been 2 months and still has 30% left.
It's my first battery-backed security camera so I don't have others to compare with.

I bought 2 of the 10400mAh Rechargeable Battery Wireless Security Cameras last year (https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07VMXHTPX) and have used it for about 3 months now. Setup was a breeze. It works pretty well - the video resolution is clear and sends an alert to your phone when it detects motion. The battery life is surprisingly pretty good, it’s been 3 months and it still has over half left. But YMMV depending on where you place the camera and how many detections it gets a day. I haven’t had any issues so far with wifi connection or drop outs. Obviously use common sense, the further the camera is from your router or repeater, the more unstable the connection. One great thing is that the back of the camera is magnetic so it can be placed on metal surfaces. I’ve stuck mine on the metal bracket of my air conditioning unit.
Honestly for the deal price, it’s good value in my opinion. Eufy is way too expensive and Wyze doesn’t have externa battery operated cameras.

I bought a few of the cameras pictured above I like the idea of them recording 24/7 to the sd cards.
I've actually put 128gb cards in and works fine if the cards full it just loops deleting the older recording first.
I just have them running of a 4g pocket Wi-Fi with a $15 telstra SIM capped at 1.5 after 5gb data used and they just hum along can log in via app and check cameras with no issues streaming when capped.
Never have any issues with them I just charge them when needed intercom works great with the app.

Hi, thanks for the review. Does it record 24/7 or it only record motion detection videos on sd card ?
It's records both motion detection or go into app settings and change recording to permanent video and visa versa.
If I'm home I'll just have motion set to 45secs but if im going out I set to permanent video to sdcard

Currently have quite a lot of problems with this brand. Setup is not as easy as it seems with wireless and once connected, they cause problems for my wifi. Could no longer connect any other devices with it.
