Saw it at the North Sydney store. Not sure if other stores are doing it.
Store rep said you can get the pre-order bonus.

  For existing Telstra customers thinking of porting out and back in, I tried this on 3 different sales reps accross 2 stores and had no luck. They seem to be much stricter than previous. What a waste of a couple hours
