Been trying to find a dual screen stand that doesn't have to be bolted onto the table. Found this and thought it was a pretty good price. Cheers.

Your desk surface must either be an infinite plane or spherical
It's definitely not infinite. It's about 900mm deep.
Or closed cube open at one end.
Klein bottle?
This seems to be cheaper if you take delivery and coupons into account: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/352541460304
Any laptop arm?
Ok the pictures are looking good but I don't think it will be strong stable enough, without any sort of clamps to the desk. Could easily fall to the floor… Too shaky…
clamps aren't totally necessary, im running 3x 27" monitors on a stand alone base like this one and haven't had any issues. Though because one of my monitors is an old weighty LCD screen, i have some extra weight on the base just incase.
Too shaky…
I had a stand like this at work, was fine for 2 x 27" monitors because the centre of gravity is directly above the feet. If you set monitors at max height a substantial bump (walking into the desk, for example) might tip it over, but that would probably also happen if the monitor is on a normal stand
I’ve got this. Holds two 24” monitors without issue.
you've got balls risking 2 monitors on that stand
I guess I’ve got balls?
It’s held up two 24” monitors of mine without issue for over a year
I've got three of these from Selby's when they were on sale with 20% off and they are pretty good. It was $143.88 for three with free delivery. They tend to go on sale every so often. I would recommend this particular one more than say Brateck - I found Brateck stiff but very easy to resell (second hand) however on gumtree.

Same, my desk doesn't have an edge.
Are these ones any good though?
