Instructions: On the website click "Join Now" and enter details. Make sure you use an email that you can check.
Once completed check your email and print out the voucher. Mine worked fine!

Duplicates are considered around under (EDIT: not over) 6 months old so I'd say it's fine.
I did register for this back then, gave to the 7/11 attendant and it didn't work. My guess is it was the attendants fault but interested to see if anyone else got theirs to work.
Hmm that's funny. Mine worked at the 7Eleven servo next to Pacific Fair around 3 months ago, though the attendant was curious as to where I got the voucher and wanted to see ID. But I did get it in the end.

You get a free slurpee on your birthday as well. They will email you a voucher on your birthday.
Just went into a 7-11 store in the city with the voucher and the guy had no idea about it. He did give me a small slurpee for free even though I showed him where it said "SUPER." Lol oh well better than nothing :)
just used it the other day, got a free medium - nice stuff!
Just go get a super, then show them the voucher. If the employees don't know about just get them to scan the code.
