good sized mouse for proper hand size

  • Any good, cheap wireless keyboard and mouse combo around this price?

      Depends on the use case.
Avoid the logitech MK220 for every day use, it is cheap, but really bad. That being said I kept mine as a spare, yet a mate uses one as a daily drive.:(
The MK270R is good, but it doesn't use the unifying receiver, but still it's a big step up from the MK220.

Generally speaking for games, avoid Bluetooth.
A few good wireless mechanical keyboards on Amazon.

Honestly though for day to day use, for a decent keyboard you should be spending around $100 for decent quality.

A good compact (non-mechanical) keyboard can be hard to find. I am trying the K580 (with unifying receiver).
The K470 Combo, looks the same, but is Bluetooth only.

K780 was well over 1 kilo so too heavy. The K580 is less than half the weight but still heavy. The MK270R while great, is too big for my backpack. Not sold on the thinner keys on the K580.. but will see.

      • It is to pair with a spare laptop. My wife just got the MK270R for $19, which seems like a decent price. Thanks :)

      • I disagree about the MK220 comment.. I've been using this combo for over 2yrs on my HTPC, used daily.. Only on my 2nd K/B recently..

Also, there is a program to re-pair devices with dongles called "Connect Utility vx.xx.xx Logitech".. I'm actually using the K220 K/B paired with a M185, which comes with a unifying receiver..

        • That is where mine is now and it’s fine. I couldn’t handle it though on my work PC, found the lag too bad. Seemed to suffer from interference
Will try your hack to see if I can get it working with a unifying dongle.
