  Bought AW959 before, I cannot program the button at all. Dell apologised to me and offered the full refund, but they cannot give the date to fix it

      Product description said it has 11 programmable buttons but not.

      It is a gaming mouse, if it is not programmable, why I buy it

    For $32 more, I prefer the 610M over 310M. Better RGB, wire/wireless versatility, rechargeable battery.

  I personally am not a huge fan of AW mice (the software makes G Hub look amazing in comparison) but if you have the matching notebook, then I guess I see the value?
