Thanks OP just bought 2.
That now makes you a landlord…
negative gear tf out of it
'not sure if someone has posted already.'
I'd be willing to take the gamble
Funny thing is in Victoria at least, you need council approval/permit to set these up.
Gotta pay them council bills…. Awful.
Really? Got any more detail on that?
I would house 12 students in that..
I bought one for my son for Christmas back in October took me 3 days to put up but the neighborhood kids love it :D
I also bought it at full price and then 4 weeks later they dropped the price to this price i went to the counter and asked for a refund of the $400 and they honored itHow is it? Sturdy?
What state are you in and did you need council approval?
Considering getting it for my kids.
It's sturdy for a prefab and i didn't check for approval just put it up guess I'll find out if i have a council rock up I'll post it up lol
took me 3 days to put up
u might as well buy materials from burning etc., and build it from scratch
If it took him 3 days to put something together that was prefab how long do you think it would take him to do it from scratch?
Yeh i am time poor each day i did 9 - 2 as i work evening's
How did you get it home? Does it fit on the back of a ute?
It comes in quite large boxes with lengths up too 2.5m long a trailer is required it was 5 boxes 3 long rectangle boxes and 1 square and the slide.
wow makes me miss my cubby house - which was a lot smaller !
be careful of what wood is it made of, how thoroughly it's been treated, and with what chemicals
some imported wood products don't seem to last long in australian conditions
Don't think I'm tall enough for that swing
Not sure how they compare, but Bunnings sell something similar for around $1900

Isn't the local playground a better free option once you start getting beyond the ol tire rope or swing set?
This could be nation wide because it's also on sale at this price at the Northlakes (qld) store
That includes the land purchase too, right ?
