Ordered an S7 case last week and they sent an S7 plus case with my initials by mistake. Now its $6 cheaper and I'm waiting for a reply to sort out my order.
I had a terrible experience with these guys over Xmas during their 30% off sale. Ordered a Xmas only to be told later that they didn't have any stock. No one answers their call centre customer service phone number and the only actual store (in Darlinghurst) never picks up. So you have to email them, which takes them 48 hrs to reply. I opted for a refund, which I had to chase up repeatedly. I think this brand is ok if you buy in store and don't have any issues, but god forbid you buy online and have an issue. Customer experience is non existent.
