It took several hours for the $10 voucher email to arrive in my inbox. It comes in a separate email - you get one straight away for creating an account, then hours later the $10 reward.
Oh ok. Just received the first email. There doesn't seem to be any reference in that link on the page about a $10 Voucher though.
I found it quite a confusing process. Make sure you update your online profile in David Jones adding all mandatory fields - I think this matters. Then wait hours for the $10 voucher in another email.
