      Got my confirmation just now. It's all good, now waiting for the visa card. Since it's a virtual card, should I expect it come quicker than a real card?

  Just an update guys i got the confirmation approval for my claim from lenovo money tree..

  it takes about 3months to get the prepaid card with 600 i guess..

  Did anyone get an email from Centrecom telling them that they couldn't fill the order? I've now been waiting more than 6 days for my refund.

    refund for the T520 purchased? Centrecom normally reply to the email quickly. Otherwise try to ring the shunshine store and someone might help

    If you are after a refund and paid by credit card then contact your CC issuer and ask for a refund chargeback. There will be a process to follow but shouldnt be a problem.

    The invoce we got witht he delivery got centrecom logo, so i just scaned and send that as soft copy when claim. I think should be ok you can upload the receipt centrecom sent by email. I would prefer to scan the invoice with the logo anyway..

    I got a second email saying it was approved. I'm guessing this is the "verification" mentioned in the first approval email.

  I got the 2nd mail too for approval. Seems take another couple of months to receive the 600 cash card.
