Keto drunks unite!

So so good, now I’m off to the gin store.

Should be all coles in NSW that have stock. Or they are $3.90 online. Easily the best sugar free tonic.

  • How do people find these? I tend to go for the fever tree light tonic.

    • +1

I like them, no artificial sweeteners and no sugar. The fever tree is still 6g sugar per 200ml bottle

    • +1

I literally made an account to warn you these are utterly repugnant.

      • Haha wow. I appreciate the advice!

      • What low sugar or sugar free tonic water would you recommend?

  • I think the flavour of these is very very light. Not enough tonic oomph.

I prefer Schweppes Diet as far as the sugar free goes.

  • +1

These are so nice, best tonic around. They are getting rid of these as they have moved to cans that are 250ml :( I’ll probably still buy them though!

    • I think so, woolies has already gone to the smaller cans :(

Due to customer feedback I'm guessing..

These also give you a bonus glassware credit if you are collecting those (max 1 per transaction).

No such thing as a healthy and fit person on a keto fad.

    • +1

You can’t be healthy and fit without eating carbohydrates? Enlighten me as to which carbohydrates are essential

      • Joke post?

        • Nope, still waiting for you to tell me which carbohydrates are required for fitness or health.

Bonus points if you can provide a single RCT

          • @ChickenTalon: Nuff alarm is going off here.

Go educate yourself about the necessity of low gi carbs in our diets. Unless you want to stay skinny fat for the rest of your life.

            Away with you now stickman.

            • @dergrert: Well aware of low GI. Which is probably a good alternative to the shitshow most people eat.

Nothing in my research into low GI carbohydrates have them being essential for fitness and health. Again, still waiting.

How much sugar is usually in tonic?

    • Schweppes Tonic Water is 8.9 grams of sugar per 100 ml. For comparison full strength Coca-Cola is 10.6 grams per 100 ml

      • Schweppes Tonic Water is a vile fluid

  • Got 3 of these yesterday. I have a feeling it was a wise move. Flavoured variants any good?

    $2.50 in Brunswick VIC

  • Were $3 at my local in QLD a couple weeks ago. Just went to pick up some more and they are now discounted to $1.50.
