Pretty cheap for full-synth 5L (though not the cheapest ever $19.90).
Catalogue says saves $38.99 (55% off).
Would have grabbed some if I hadn’t fully stocked up on the $32 something Castrols.

I use this oil in my 97 SW20. Works fine.
Oil is oil, as long as it meets manufacturer specs it's fine to use. There's too much brand loyalty with oil.
Oil change intervals are more important.
I'm not going to say you're wrong (because you very well might not be!) however, have you ever done a UOA on your oil?
I'm a bit of a jap car guy myself, and a huge oil nerd.
Unless that SW20 has had a full rebuild, so you know the clearances are TIGHT, it's summer, I'd be worried a 30w isn't giving the film strength you'd like.a UOA will show all though; hopefully there's no yellow metals (bearing wear) and not too much iron (bore wear) :)
Nope, no oil analysis ever done. But it doesn't burn anything and even with 240k KMs it still runs strongly. It only gets driven 2000km a year, if that.
Will this be compatible with BMW LL-04 diesel?
Not this special unfortunately.
Bought this at Supercheap last week at this price.
Can we price match at SCA?
Yes
Sounds like the O.P car has worn piston rings or a blown head gasket to be needing large quantities of oil so regularly!!
some people (myself included) just like to stock up. Currently have 20L at least here!
That said i did have an older car that used oil like there was no tomorrow. Thankfully that's out of my life now.
6x5 Litres = 1.5-2 years worth of servicing for 2 cars.
They have long shelf life so it’s easier to stock up than wait around for a sale before I can service the cars.
Same with oil filters and air filters.
Strange that this one from Nulon stuff doesn't have an ACEA rating when most of their other full synth oils have an ACEA rating, but GF-5, API SN and dexos1 ratings mean this is a pretty solid oil especially at under $30.
Nulon copped a lot of bad word 'back in the day' for using ptfe in their oil; basically a grit because it's not bonded to anything.
Since then its switched to moly, and is a top class oil.
I rate them highly.
