woman's
No, I'm happy with multiple chefs.
Did you just assume my gender?
Well a man would just use his drill and a mix attachment

vs thermomix?
A better comparison would be this vs Aldi's $299 machine
Ouch
That hurt. That's ok everyone to their own. but I must add making an assumption whilst not understanding or usage of the product I think is a far reach. Have an amazing day.
Yeah I'm not sure about trusting a company that has to sell through Gumtree, can't upload HQ photos and no reviews at all.
Edit - And who exactly is the manufacturer? The previous models were made by Bellini.
Hi, unfortunately, the previous was distributed by Bellini we are now (Globe Electronics) are the Australian and New Zealand Proud Distributors of the New Supercook.
Hi, Thank you for spotting an error which we thought was acceptable, As you can understand that selling or making aware of a an exciting product through any form of medium should not be the judgment of a company ( Globe Electronics Pty Ltd) which has worked hard to get and able to bring to Australia an amazing product. The manufacturer of the Supercook-SC350 is Supercook Ltd we are now the new Distributors.
I had the original Supercook back when Target used to sell them, picked it up then for about $650. Looks like this one adds the built-in scales, which means you can drop in your ingredients and it will tell you how much you've put in.
I found it very good to use for things like soups, sauces, and blended items. An example of the latter would be Thai fish cakes - drop your chillis and other greens whole into it, let the knife blade chop it up, then set it to mix and chuck your mince in and it will fold all of it in. Obviously you then have to take it out to shape it and pan fry it, but that's honestly fairly easy. My parents make yoghurt in theirs. It makes it very easy to make agar desserts as it will not only chop up the strands but also stir whilst heating the mixture.
Essentially, if what you're cooking requires stirring constantly whilst over heat, then this is a really good machine.
As far as in comparison to the Thermomix, reviews note that it may not chop spices/etc. as finely as the Thermomix, and I myself missed having the inbuilt scales (which as noted is fixed in this model). The digital menu was not as polished as the Thermomix, but I'm unsure how much it has improved in this model.
If this was on sale at Target, I would honestly strongly consider buying one again (sold mine when I moved interstate). Given it's a delivery product, then I'm not overly keen.
Hi, this machine has new and exciting features apart from the built-in scales which makes it so much easier and quicker for when prepping the JUG is now larger at 4.5 Litres only has 1 blade which the system is a reversible system so no more pouring out portions of meal making just to change the blades or have to by the second set of bowls and blades, new and improved Yumi controls system with tones of new features. At this price especially on sale I highly recommend.
Offer to take it back if he isn't happy with full refund. Previous customer who says he wants to see in person without risk. What do you have to lose…
I have the older Bellini supercook (assume its the same) and it's fantastic and great alternative to a thermo mix
Hi Yes, it is the new Supercook SC350 accept We are now the Distributors for Australia and New Zealand, not Bellini Who are a different entity as Target is to Kmart.
Siblings to the same parents?
Exactly. And when Target gets rebranded as Kmart or Coles Home…….
Poor women's Thermomix?
