  • These are great globes. Just beware as last time someone posted these on ozbargain all my stores had none in stock (even though a couple of stores showed that they had them). They only had the 9 watt version which is $2 and not $1. So, suggest everyone call store first to make sure.

  • Any idea how long light bulbs last in storage not in use?

Might fill a whole box or cabinet with these and never have to buy a light bulb again for the house.

    • Until you drop something on them.

Would probably be on the top shelf.

Gotta always think ahead which I do unlike some people I know.

        Nobody got money for that.

Don't see why these wouldn't last a very long time in storage. If your thinking 5-10 years down the track just buy them then as most likely there will be a newer tech around

Until they are obsolete, because new ones are more efficient, or the format changes.
B22 and E27 are already a bit of a historic relic from the days when light bulbs had a short life.

      • Honestly don't knew too much about light bulb technology but I thought this was already pretty good or as good as it gets especially for these fittings and at $1 I can't see the new tech getting cheap that fast whenever if ever it comes out.

Maybe I'll stock only 10-15 then.. Enough at least to keep the house fully lit up for the next 20 years.

    • I could never did these at Woodville store. Any idea where they’re located?
