I think it's most likely a grey import, however Asus international warranty should cover it no matter where you buy it from. eBay is still cheaper if buying from a US Seller, around $430 including shipping. Good Guys Dandenong has it for $466. Enjoy! I'm waiting for my 7inch 3G Honeycomb tablet - whichever one arrives first!

True true, however is $2 worth the hassle to sign up with Costco, buy the Transformer, and then request for a Costco membership refund? I know we are all cheapskates here, but my time is worth more than $2 savings.
