Looks like an xmas discount for the Vornado 660 Fan! Somehow the black one is slightly cheaper.

  Seems expensive for a fan but reviews look good. Are these the best in their class? Or are there other brands that are comparable but much cheaper?

  I’ve one of the DC fans we use when camping because it’s so compact. One of the best fans I’ve ever used. So powerful!

  Have one operating in front of me now, only loud on the high settings - not bad but a DC pedestal fan could be more economical

  Get the DC fan as it has variable speed control (equal to 99 steps) a little more expensive to buy but cheaper in the long run …..if you know what I mean !!!

  Black out of stock(?) and white very low………….Thanks OP been waiting months for these to come down and Oz stock (pity it wasn't also the 633DC but that's not the OP's fault) Hope the high praise on these is justified.
