  • I'm seeing $15.19 down from $18.99 with a $3.80 discount.
Are you miscalculating the discount to be $15.19 MINUS $3.80?

    • Need to enter the code for full discount.

  • Also applies to the dark grey version

That last picture. I'm not sure if I need Google that close to spraying water.

But the power point is perfectly fine?? ;)

I'm no electrician, but I'm pretty sure that powerpoint placement is against "code".

  • Pulled the trigger. Thanks OP!

Very mixed reviews…..seems the magnets aren't strong enough to support the Mini.

    • Yep, I have one.
Had to add extra magnets for make if workable for me.

Magnets are cheap though off eBay.

      • Does it obscure the 2nd socket?

        • +1

Kind of, but only because if the speaker , so would depend on size of other devices power plug

Also means I need to move the speaker anytime I want to plug/unplug another device

        • +1

Yes it does on our relatively modern sockets despite them having USB ports in between.

Buyers beware, plenty of negative reviews about this:

    • Thanks, nearly pulled the trigger.

    • Definitely fits au plugs but takes a bit of squeezing
But you definitely need additional magnets. About $1 on eBay if you can be bothered waiting for them.

    • Yikes! Just cancelled my order

    • Mine was fine straight out of the box, no need for additional magnets. Just had to squeeze the plug in

    • Yeah no trouble at all here. Very pleased with this thing.

  • Mine ripped when stretching over the mini.
    Amazon refunded.

The magnet is fine in these. It’s all in the way you wrap the cord.

The magnets work well if you wrap the cord around the larger diameter section. Try to avoid the narrow section as much as possible. If the cord ends up in the narrow section the shape of the magnetic surface might become uneven which will cause the Google Mini to slip.

    • What sraymond says!

  • Could use something like this but after magnet issue comments thought I'd search an alternative. This looks alright: https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/aw/d/B07MF72D1X/ref=ya_aw_od_pi…

It does block second plug as well…

    • Thank you. I’ve bought one of these. I have the one posted as well and it works ok but doesn’t sit flush. This one would suit the kitchen location better so I’ve pulled the trigger on this instead.

  • Now $14.81 as 100% of the flash sale has been claimed.

  • It needs the extra magnets if you buy it.
