SIMS 3 at DSE is $59 (JB Price is $65)

    Cool. i did read on the news somewhere that they were slashing the 3ds console RRP from approx $320 to around $189 i think. looks like its starting to take effect.

        Hardly. Old street price $299, new street price $199. RRP was $50 more but as we all know, RRP is bullsht.

        Which to my mind means this isn't a great deal - its about $20 off if you were going to buy sims 3 anyway. Otherwise, no point - just get the unit on its own for $199 at dick smith (or possibly $198 jb hifi).

      3DS consoles price get slashed by $100 worldwide starting today. I'll probably be be buying one from the US as US release dates tend to be earlier and not to mention games are cheaper shipped most of the time.

    Has anyone tried swapping out the Sims 3 for another game such as Zelda? Will they do it?

      Yes. Best I could get was $259 for 3DS + Zelda + Acc Pack.

        Yeah, me too: 3DS + Zelda + Acc Pack but also Zelda guide sll for $258. Slight increase by about $10 but it depends on whether you value Sims or Zelda more :)

        Also I was only able to get the Zelda guide free because the bundled price was set as the same as just the game by itself on the JB website earlier in the morning. I believe they rectified this later in the day, bumping it up to $69 for the Zelda + guide bundle.
