Are these gluten free?
I don't see the ingredients listed.Australian Roasted Peanuts*, Organic Greens Mix (Kale, Silverbeet and other seasonal greens), Australian Raw Honey, Australian Rolled Oats*, Carob Chips, Barley Malt, Unsalted Pure NZ Butter, Yerba Mate*, Powdered Milk, Rice Bubbles, Vanilla Essence*, Baking Soda. (*Certified Organic)

Not technically gluten free because of Barley Malt. We are planning to work on a Vegan GF version in the next year, stay posted…

@GreenBarMen: I'm a T1 diabetic who lives a low carb lifestyle. I don't really touch stuff like this without a nutritional table. Just looking at it, honey, oats, barley malt and rice bubbles are all sugar or carbs so without knowing exactly how much was used in making them it's not really something I'd partake in. Thanks for the offer though!
@Dontreadthis: Fair enough, thanks for your comment I am working on uploading the Nutritional Info table onto the webpage. It is pretty sweet stuff,for sure, it's kind of meant to be… no processed sugar, but raw honey does make it pretty sweet

They freeze really well and practically keep "forever" frozen! Actually, in summer I keep some in the freezer on purpose - great treat on a hot day!
