Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Upon checking the cash back terms video games and such look to only be entitled to 3.50% cash back, and not the 12%.
12% Cashback was only available on the 12th December.
Will there be another updated version or major price drop before Mar 2020? I want to buy for my son but thinkingif I should buy it now and keep it for next couple of months in hiding to gift him on his birthday in Mar.
Tbh I doubt it. The hardware is fairly new
There was the $349 Black Friday deal which could possibly be repeated in after Christmas sales.
You can hope in boxing day sale, and prices on consoles can only go lower with time. Consider if you keep it away until march you lose months of warranty and also the 30 days some stores offer for returns.
Anyone able to explain how this cashback thing works?
Worked out the shopback situation.
You go to the link > make an account > open it in your browser tab > add items to cart > buy. From there it should have tracked it
Once its processed you can xfer the balance to your bank or paypal
Does have a warning it could take a long time
It does take a while, but if you get into the habit of going through these cashback sites regularly, after a few months it becomes a continuous rolling amount you can keep taking out.
Disreguard somereason my browser went to US amazon
Many brain cells were sacrificed reading your posts
Tell me about it. I dont know how I ended up on the US store.
Bit the bullet got a switch in the end. Thanks OP
I missed the black friday deal so thanks OP for this post! just bought one. CAn you pleae recommend any good family games?
Overcooked 2. Excellent for team building or team destroying.
Should I start with overcooked 1 or go straight to overcooked 2?
Overcooked 2 has a few more mechanics that I found really enhanced the experience. E.g., throwing food.
If you search around, most people seem to prefer the original more-so.
To be honest, either is fine. I think they're great games for the Switch, because the Joy-Cons being used separately makes it conducive to couch co-op play. If you get extra controllers, it's really fun and chaotic for 3-4 players.
Thanks OP, got one!
Cashback is on price before GST: so only $361.81 x 12% = ~$43.42
