Sorry for not being clear, this is general service and what I mean was that voucher includes oil, oil filter. I have edited my post.

I'd rather not chop & change my mechanic purely for a discount. Stick with the one mechanic who knows your car, or will get to know your car by sticking with them. You'll save money down the road when they learn the ins and outs of it and they can pick up issues before it's too late
yeap, but this is still a good deal for people who are already using one of the 4 mechanics since the beginning
and yes, sticking to the same mechanic that gets your car done right is highly recommended
why I would say this is because sometimes I get paranoid on new mechanics who would fix something and break something else so you would continue to come back on a regular basis for an irregular repair :/

Where does it say including parts????? It only mentions topping up the fluids. Generally, this companies make money be making people spend on the parts. I am not sure they would include parts with the deal.
