Harvest Box has been posted here many times, and its likely to be a negged deal, as the sample size is very small, and there may have been other reasons, read past posts on Harvest Box.

Credit/debit card required for identification and ordering purposes
After the two initial boxes, you will continue to receive weekly boxes and your credit card will be charged at the normal RRP, unless you Opt Out (this can be done online at www.harvestbox.com.au at any time)

    Don't like those T&Cs.

IMO not that much of a deal. - ve from me

  • Recurring opt-out credit card charges = dodgy

That's why I don't like those dodgy short term magazine deals that you have to opt out of or end up buying at regular price.

  • you got to be nuts if you're paying $6 for a tiny portion when you can get way more at your local market

    and wth

and the title is misleading, you only get two boxes not two weeks worth

      • Exactly why I'm negging too.

Hmmm, still not quite 'getting it'

“Ditto” “see above” etc. -Well its already got a negative vote, for that reason, its not a popularity test so no need to vote again. And if you feel that strongly that you need to, then it shouldn't be hard to explain why. Again understand what negative votes are used for

    • What is with the credit card required for identification purposes about? Yeah right identification.

I purchased one for me and one for the missus of when they had 3 boxes for $9. I agree, the 4 individual packs the box contains aren't massive but places like nutshack are just as expensive for a handful.

I hate adding my credit card to anything online but we both opted out after we got our last box and we haven't been charged for anything else since. I just set myself a calendar reminder a day after my last box was due to arrive. Simple. I never have anything pleasant delivered to my desk at work so getting these was a nice change.
