Fujifilm X-T30 + XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS Lens $1349 (Plus $150 Cashback) Delivered @ Digital Camera Warehouse

170

A great camera for a good price. Not as cheap as the recent eBay body-only deal, but if you factor in the bonus lens (which is old but highly rated), it may be the cheapest around ($1200 after cashback for the camera and the lens). Bonus lens with Silver and Black model only (verified from Facebook chat).
Deal ends Thursday 9.00 am according to the website.

    Great deal!

  • Is there a another colour besides silver and black?

    • +1

      'Charcoal Black' they call it

Edit: Actually, turns out I'm wrong - it's charcoal silver

Charcoal silver. I've yet to see this bundled with a lens locally though. I think I've only ever seen a few Aussie retailers carry it as a body only product. Got mine from Digi Direct. I think Camera Pro is another retailer that carries it.

      • Wow… Did not even realise. This is not helping me stay away from this.

Technically, it is not a bonus when you pay for it (even partially).

IMHO, the overall value of the deal is what matters, technicalities aside.

*Taken out the "Bonus" word from the title.

  • People will neg me for this but I've got the XT20 with 3 lenses and have been a keen photographer for nearly 20 years. Situations change and a baby changes the types of photos you take but my Huawei Mate 20 Pro also changed my perception of photography to. I've not taken my XT20 out of its bag in 12 months since getting the Huawei. There's no way it can compete with landscape photography but for photos of people it's almost as good and more importantly easier to capture the moment.

    • So, you will get what you asked for!

    • And I can tell you the exact opposite story that I did not take a single photo (despite being out of misery and necessity) from the day I bought my X-T20 till the day I sold it. There is no single recipe for all but understandably, some people are happy to sacrifice quality for convenience; it is the trend now anyways.

        You never used it?

        • +1

Lol. Something is missing! I meant I did not take a single photo WITH MY PHONE (despite being out of misery and necessity) from the day I bought my X-T20 till the day I sold it.

It is true for most people. That's why most camera manufacturers are financially struggling. Perhaps only Sony, Canon and Fujifilm that will survive in the long run.

However, there are enjoyments that are simply not replaceable by taking photos with mobile phones. Too much AI and computational processing takes away the soul from the output. Similar to there are people prefer vinyl records than CD or music streaming.
