        Could you please confirm? There are two pages for the two Note 10 Plus phones - one says dual SIM and the other doesn't - but they both have the same model code (SM-N975F) which is the dual SIM model…

    With the Samsung store discounts as of late come down to a similar price for brand new. Doesn't seem so great for the note 10+ but other phones seem like a good deal.

        fast charger and cable in a white box. No physical damage at all. infact the ones we have right now are almost in new condition. And as always if you dont like it, just send it back to us for a full refund

      sorry, apart from the splash screen logo of the carrier is there any other way to tell. Not sure how to check. Most of these dont have any splash screen logo or carrier apps pre installed

      yes right. Check here, this phone has this one mark, hence A grade. Like new has no marks or scratch at all

    I've been interested in buying new from Phonebot for a while. Is there a reason you don't stock Oneplus phones? Also are you guys Australian owned?

    I'm a bit put off by these refurbished or like-new phones because they don't appear to be factory refurbished. The fact that batteries have been replaced during the process for A-grade or lower by Phonebot concerns me for the waterproofing of the phone beyond your supplied warranty. Other than the warranty there doesn't seem to be much of an advantage over buying directly from the used market (especially as you don't see they exact product before purchasing). Has anyone bought from here before? What was your experience?

      yes oneplus doesnt wants us to sel them. These samsungs havent had any battery or internal parts replaced, ill have that updated in the grading. Waterproofing is intact and samsung warranty is applicable as listed in the deal

    Yet your warranty page says that A grade items come with only a 6 month warranty that I am assuming means seller warranty.

    So which is it? Surely a seller refurbished item cannot come with a manufacturer warranty…
