Yeah, they clearly include it just for the sake of saying it can do it, you're not gonna wanna use it though unless you like things realllly dark.
Still a good monitor though if you're not worried about HDR.
I'm so torn on whether to just grab this or wait for that Viewsonic one. This price doesn't seem to be a black friday exclusive.

Same. But I dislike the idea of having to take my settings off ultra to hit the full 144hz. That's what stopped me last time. Might upgrade to next year's 2020 rtx TOTL from my 1080ti and then reconsider.

I'm running a 1070. But the games I play are mostly not cutting edge.
I care more about the gsync than the 144hz.

Is this freesync or gsync?
freesync but certified for gsync also by nvidia. Not as good as a true g-sync because its gsync range is only 48-144hz as opposed to 1-144hz.
Best gaming IPS monitor right now, didn't take on the offer when it first came out thinking it would be cheaper with Black Friday deals but no luck so far qq
