What was wrong with the Dpad? I was looking at the wireless GameCube switch controller instead. Any opinions on how they compare?
I've had my pro controller since BOTW came out. Specificallty bought it for that.
I have no issues with the dpad at all.
I thought that was a problem with the joy-cons not the pro?

Amazon is a marketplace, just like eBay. Buying from 3rd parties increases the likelihood of counterfeits. Did you buy from Amazon or another seller?
Yes, purchased directly from Amazon and received a fake.
Read some of the comments and you'll realise I'm not the only one.
Comments are the same no matter which seller you buy from. Genuine or fake sellers, they share the comments about the product. I don't think you understand how Amazon works.
@4agte: To be fair, they're not necessarily wrong. I love Amazon and have used them for over a decade but there's been recent instances of fake products being dispatched by them unknowingly. Yes, sold and shipped by Amazon, not third parties and not even 'fulfilled' ones. I do know the difference.
It's something to do with the way their stock is managed in warehouses where their first party stock is mixed with third party stock and even returns units. It's rare but it does happen and seems to be more common nowadays.
However, if this does happen, contact customer services straight away and they'll sort you out quick with a full refund. Their service is second to none.
