Not the cashback increase we were hoping for but it can be stacked with the Zip 10% back (max $50) deal through Amazon.

    If an item is out of stock and we place an order are we still eligible for the cashreward rate at the time of purchase?
    According to Amazon you are only charged when the item is shipped so just want some clarification.

      Amazon always waits til it's shipped before charging. As far as I gather, the "sale" has already happened, even though you're not charged straight away.

      My previous Amazon purchases have tracked without issue, though I don't recall doing an out of stock one… Perhaps I did.

      They deliberately have long wait periods to cover things like this and order cancellation scenarios

          They have topped mine up another $3.84 after a query.

          So total now is $38.41

          Phone cost me $845. $768.18 ex gst x 5% is $38.41 so spot on now.
