I had mine for about a year now, no issues at all. Does all the things I bought it for without issue like facial recognition, 24/7 recording and Google/Nest Home Hub intergration.
I have been using Ring Doorbell v1 with 16VAC adapter
Checked online seems 16VAC should be enough to power the nest hello

I agree, a 16VAC transformer is also the better choice if you decide to wire it up to a regular chime doorbell as I could not find any 24V AC doorbells in Australia when I installed mine.
I installed mine with Friedland D117 doorbell so I could hear it in case I am not in a room with a google home device.

I have one of these. To be honest I don't rate it. Have had on and off issues since new even with a replacement.
