      I can't recommend any, I do not have any experience with them. That being said, I have owned a couple of electric bicycles and a part electric vehicle, namely a Prius.

      Generally the higher the voltage the better the quality. 6V is nothing. You want a 12V. Plus batteries are easier to find particularly if SLA.

      There are PLENTY that are EASILY higher quality on eBay. Ozplaza and a few 2nd hand ones available on ebay. Just go for a search. You can easily see they are better than the crap from Big W.

      I also hope your child turns out okay. Since it's quite weird to 'need' one for a child. It'd be nice to have but very often not needed.
