First time I've seen these on special anywhere. $499 anywhere else I can find.
$499 at JB Hi-Fi. Price match, use 5% off gift cards if eligible, would come down $356.25

Best headset i ever bought
Agreed, I own it and love it. I wish I got it for $375 :( I think it cost me $430 with 5% off gift cards and a bit of haggling at JB.
Have you had issues with the receiver not automatically picking up after restarting / turning on your computer? I have to often re-insert the dongle to get it to pick up.
Only once or twice. If you are having issues, change the power settings on your pc or change USB ports.
Restarting my headset, fixes it normally :)
The Sennheiser GSP 670 is by far the best wireless headphones on the market, build quality is fantastic, sound is great and battery life is reasonable, the only downside is the range, as soon as you're more than 5M from the USB dongle, the audio is static.
Not to shit on Logitech and SteelSeries which I've had in the past, the Sennheiser is on another level.

Sennheiser is definitely on another level, I've had the Steelseries and Logitech wireless options, they're not even close.
I think I saw this in a comparison video the other day. It’s meant to have around 100 hour battery life but the mic sounds very bad, if that’s important to you
/edit
Never mind it was the gsp 370 in the video
Definitely not 100 hours, about 20. The mic is very good honestly, it's far better than most and is excellent for online gaming purposes but I wouldn't use it to record videos.
i'm due a new set of headphones (currently using the audio technica ATH-ADG1). how's the mic on this headphone? and would someone with a larger head/ears benefit from the GSP 670 or the sennheiser gaming range headsets?
The Sennheiser mics are some of the best. I have a GSP550 and unfortunately find it a little tight. That's the only negative I've found with it.
I did just find this on a review site however:
"In an effort to mitigate the aforementioned issues of comfort we experienced with the GSP 600 before it, a two-axis metal hinge system holds the GSP 670 together. Not only does this help improve its fit, but Sennheiser claims the headset will also last longer as a result."
The GSP 600 hinge system looks the same as the 550 so maybe they've improved it. But it still looks like the same system on the 670 so don't really know.
For the price including the additional discount mentioned below I'm even considering upgrading from the 550's that are not that old. Maybe I can on-sell them….
The PC software for GSP 670 is currently compatible only with Windows 10
Does it work without PC software?
Actually… Reviews are not that great for some reason… :/
This is my opinion, I've had a fair few headphones, Razer headphones, Logitech g933, Plantronics, Sennheiser HD650/Momentum, Sony WH 1000, BW P7,
Reviews are usually early samples, this headset took forever to come out, Sennheiser did alot of R&D. The Build quality is second to none and the sound is solid. Not sure if its worth RRP $499, but 1000% worth it at $375. Sooo good!
I can get GSP 370 for around $284 from JBCommercial, is it still worth it to get the GSP 670 instead?
I just ordered these and applied discount code LILYPICHU to get a further 5% off the already discounted price bringing it down to $356.20!
But it's Tuesday…
