I used both PIA and ExpressVPN and when comparing them both I still prefer ExpressVPN.
For the cost of ExpressVPN I could have 3x years worth of subscription with PIA but the service has never failed and I rarely ever get 'IP Address Blocked' issues which happens alot on PIA when visiting some sites.
