    These brands tend to sell outside of China so the ROM is never really an issue. Just a lack of OTA normally.

    I have the Doogee s60 rugged phone.

    Pros - as advertised. Phone wont break, solid performance, solid camera.

    Cons - no OTA updates. Actually no updates at all. I dont care really.

    As soon as a 5G ruggered phone comes out with Android 10 I will buy it.
