  • Seems pretty poor choice based on reviews…

    • First and last visit here. The food was very, very average.

    • I took my family here to celebrate a birthday… worst choice I've ever made! Food was incredibly salty (specifically the curries)

    • I don't usually review restaurants I don't like but this one I simply have to say that the dishes were very disappointing to say the least.

    • I've been to this restaurant twice and been dissapointed both times. It's a shame as it's a great location and the decore is nice, it's just the food has never lived up to expectation.

Same. Average food at this restaurant, with inflated prices (perhaps because of its location). Still at $20 its not a bad deal if you dont mind average food. I'd rather spend that on a decent pizza instead though.

  • Choice of any mouth-watering main on the menu.

If this is what their food looks like, I think I'm going to throw up… :O

    • they would have to be the most unappetising photos in the world.

    • that is really disgusting. clearly they have no idea about food preparation.

Never been to the restaurant or eaten their food, but those photos are clearly just camera-phone photos, taken after people have tucked in to the meals (see the dirty dish in the background on photo 3, and photo 2 has clearly had people digging in, and the rice in the background is half gone).

Indian food is one of my favourites, but it never looks very appetising in photos, especially half eaten. You cant really judge the food on these photos (the reviews, on the other hand, speak for themselves).

        they don't look half-eaten

        • Looking at each of those pictures, clearly they have been consumed as there are drops/splash markes around the edge of the bowls that each dish was served in. Also the third pic (http://www.urbanspoon.com/u/photo_list/750059?photo_id=31205…) clearly shows a used plate in the background which suggests that those dishes were eaten before the pictures were taken, and the dishes werent actually brought out to the table looking like that.

sure, but the plates are not 'half eaten', they are still pretty much full

haha wow it actually looks like they threw up on a plate and served it

I have been here and would never go back, even for Free. Service sucks and food is just mediocre.

  • $10 for dodgy indian food is not too bad a deal.

  • I went there with a voucher and they basically changed the conditions when we got there. Food was alright and decent serves, but then they apparently "changed management" and wasn't going to honour any vouchers or coupons the previous owners agreed to. I ended up getting a refund for them.

And the coupon is only valid for 1 person. So its still $20 per person.
