Seems like a good deal, $50 off original SS price. $49 Post fee seems a bit expensive, but hey, $500 for a decent 42" FHD is good.

Meh, anything above 720p is good enough for me, IMO it's more about the contrast ratio, brightness and quality of the panel. We have a samsung series 7 46" 1080p and 720p H.264 videos encoded to around 2 gigabytes still look great.
apparantly (from my reading)anything above 32" really should be FULL HD for LCDs anything abouve 55" (i think) in plasmas needs to be full HD before you can notice the difference (when they are side by side)
so something this big really should be fullHD
whats with this?
from the site:
Vivo 42'' (106cm) Full HD LCD TV with Built-in HD Tuner, HDMI,1920 x 1080
but specs say
Max. Resolution 1366 x 768
which one is incorrect?
or go to aldi and get a 47 inch tv :) in the next weeks special!
Yeah, that's unbelievable man!
a friend bought the same Vivo 42" at DSE for $444 recently which is close in price, but at least you could have picked up that tv instead of paying ridiculous SS postage!
Max. Resolution 1366 x 768… yet it says full 1080p everywhere >_< pfft
