A code went around yesterday for 70% off which looked to be a staff discount code. New Balance cancelled all the orders and gave this code to us all.
The nuffies at their customer service just also sent a mass email and included everyone on it.. good for privacy, idiots..

The prices for shoes that I checked are high compared to other sellers like Rebel sports. The discount code makes them almost same as others. The $20 from Amex is the only real discount.
Anyone know if you can buy online and bring into store if the size is incorrect?
You get a form in the box that tells you how to return for free. There is a number you can call to re order another size at same price. You would have to pay and wait for your refund. Why not try in store before you order?
You can exchange or refund in any of their outlets. I tried it 2 months ago.

EDIT: Just re-ordered as a guest. Hopefully the return is seamless and they don't care about two orders going to the same address.
OP, the code doesn't seem to work on a pair of 990v5's I tried to add. Looks like other products within certain categories are excluded too.
Can someone please tell me if I'm able to exchange in store. Couldn't find it on their site.
