Garmin Fenix 5 Sapphire Black - $449.86 Delivered @ Ryda eBay

long-time member and first-time post. I am on the market for a sports watch after my garmin 40* series watch die. Compare the Fenix 5 plus, this watch seems to have all features expect the music storage. I can't really tell the difference between the Fenix 5 and 6 apart from the battery life. In the nutshell, this seems like a good deal if you don't mind a top-end sport watch without music storage and shorter battery life (this model only give you 18 hours life span in full GPS model, it should satisfy most people's need)

By the way, this is the Sapphire model which is more scratch resistance compare to normal model.

I use following a link to compare the feature difference between 5 and 6

Justify this as a glorious clock?

  • I have currently the 5x which is a GREAT watch for what it is intended and still getting over a week of battery on it with 2yrs of use. I saw the new 6 come out the other day and only real things I am missing (although maybe gimmicky) is the NFC pay and solar charging. I love battery life so the passive solar charging sounds really nice to me.
