This sort of thing perpetuates the attitude that aesthetics are relevant to what a person is worth, instead of valuing things like kindness, generosity, compassion etc.
We need to be fighting back against these ridiculous notions for women, not extending them to men.

I also think that life can be considered quite hard at times.. and as a result we all need some time out.
Taking a bit of time to nurture ourselves and treat ourselves with love, generosity and kindness are just as important as treating others in that way.
For me, going to the gym, meditating, having facials, getting hair cuts and keeping my body hair in check are important because it makes me feels like I'm treating myself with love, respect and gratitude.
I understand it's not for everyone but is the joy of life. Everyones opinion os valid.
